HeyDay celebrates art & self-expression in tech, featuring artists who defy expectations by using visual style to redefine voice, culture & identity. Mstari, (Swahili for line) is an abstracted interpretation of Black expression and creativity. These lines are inspired by the intricate linework of cornrows and braids, while the gold accents are playful interpretations of hair accessories, such as barrettes and clips.
